Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or
exchanges on cosmetics and other skincare products. No exceptions.
Generally, returns will be accepted only on factory-sealed, unopened merchandise,
within thirty days, for store credit / exchange only. After 30 days, we cannot offer a
refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and that packaging must be intact.

In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt, proof of purchase, or be able to identify you and the date of purchase in our system. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time, we will also ask you how you wish to resolve the matter: via store credit, etc.

In extraordinary circumstances we may determine that a full refund is appropriate. In these cases, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the refund to post.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to arrange an exchange, please send us an email at

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the
order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we are obligated to inform the giver in order to ask how they prefer to handle the return.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
